How do I activate my online account?

If you received your Lifeline referral account activation offer via email, you can click the Activate Now button to quickly start the account activation process. If you did not receive an email or cannot access it, you can use your personal Lifeline referral code. Your Lifeline referral code can be found on literature sent to you from Philips Lifeline. Your unique code is printed in Box A on coupons or is preceded by a "-" above your mailing address. It is a 5-6 digit alphanumeric code.

Is referring online secure?

Yes. All communications between your computer and the web servers are encrypted. Once the referral is submitted, no personal information about the referral source is kept on the server.

How will my patients benefit from Lifeline?

The Lifeline Medical Alert Service provides patients with 24/7 access to care in the event of a fall, medical concern (e.g., dizziness, vision problems, shortness of breath, immobility, etc.) or other emergency. With Lifeline, patients can call for help in two ways - with or without the push of a help button - and control the type of help they receive. In addition to the standard service, Lifeline with AutoAlert is the first medical alert pendant that can automatically call for help if a fall is detected, even if a patient can't, won't or forgets to push their button.

What happens when I submit a referral?

One of Lifeline’s helpful service representatives will reach out to your referral with a follow-up courtesy call within 1 to 2 hours.

Follow-up calls are made weekdays between 9:00am and 8:00 pm. If, for some reason, we cannot reach the person you referred, we will reach out to you and let you know.

What is the Lifeline Patient Rewards Program?

This is a special initiative for healthcare professionals who refer the Lifeline service to their patients in need of added support at home. The program keeps track of a participating healthcare professional's patient referrals so they can earn Lifeline patient rewards vouchers. When a reward voucher is redeemed, it can present a great savings to a patient who subscribes to the Lifeline service.

How do I participate with the Lifeline Patient Rewards Program?

Once you receive your invitation to participate, you will be directed to www.lifelinerewards.com, to register online. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail followed by a welcome letter that provides your user name and a patient referral source code that can be used for each patient referral.
